- I am a Leadership Development Coach and Trainer who partners with people to instill a Thriving Culture that optimizes Success and Well Being in their personal lives and work. I have a broad background in many fields of psychology, including clinical, developmental, family systems, and organizational. I am constantly reading and taking courses to learn the latest theories and applications in Positive Psychology, the study of human flourishing. I enjoy working with people who are ready to grow and stretch their wings and realize more of their potential. I believe strongly in Personal Mentorship as a way for people to support each other's development and foster the growth of community and connection. I believe in Coaching because it encourages us to take control of our lives. It helps us discover our interests and passions to live with purpose and enjoyment. It helps us learn new skills, accomplish important goals, and build confidence. It helps us live with more balance and more connection.
